City to float sewer bond issue in April In an effort to upgrade and expand the city’s sewer system, the council is planning to put a $4 million bond issue before the voters in an April special election. The bond money would be used for a number of system improvements to both the sewer lines and the water treatment plant.

He maintains the State can’t manage the fluctuation of revenues from income taxes.
