Missouri State Highway Patrol officials have identified the man shot and killed by their agency and Crawford County Sheriff's deputies on Tuesday as Patrick L. Greer, 29, of Ft. Worth, Texas.

Pioneer Truss, Co., today delivered the first load of prefabricated wall panels to a job site in the St. Louis area.

Constructed in three days at their Owensville plant, co-owner Chris Lenauer said their addition of the wall panel line was desperately needed to remain competitive in an ever-increasingly competitive field  driven by volume.

A former city police patrolman who was dismissed and later became part of civil rights lawsuit against the city and its police chief, walked into City Hall on Monday, handed his former chief several sealed envelopes and told him he’d “been served,” said City Administrator John Tracy.
