Robert Huesgen finishes Ironman Triathalon in top half of field |

Now living in Florissant, Mo., 1998 OHS graduate Robert Huesgen celebrates finishing an Ironman Triathalon in Louisville, Ky., back in September with his family and friends. Huesgen completed a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run in 13:15:30 to place 727th out of 1,975 total participants. He also placed 78th among 166 competitors in his division.

federal civil rights violation lawsuit against Bill A. Jakob is seeking
a default judgement ruling against in federal court.

Troubadours: Ain’t Misbehavin |

The OHS Troubadours presented their annual dinner concert on Friday titled “Ain’t Misbehavin” with songs from the 1940’s and 1950’s. Randi Bloemke, center, sang “At Last”. Shown with Randi are Amy Unnerstall, left and Maranda Luffmann. This year’s program was held at the Owensville Elementary School Commons. Click here to view more photos from the concert. A winter concert with all OHS choirs and the concert band will be held on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. in the OHS gymnasium.
