Catherine Ella Heidbrink, 87, Rosebud, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, at Gasconade Manor Nursing Home in Owensville.
She was born Sept. 30, 1931, to John Walter and Alma T. (Kopp) Linhardt, at Freedom.
She was united in marriage to Arnold A. Heidbrink, Sept. 16, 1950, in Rosebud.
Catherine was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud where she played the organ for over 50 years. She was the former postmaster in Rosebud.
She was preceded in death by parents John and Alma; brothers, Alvin, Arthur, Arnold, Calvin, John and Henry Linhardt; and sisters, Mildred Heidbrink, Adelia Goettling, Anna Holzschuh and Klara Linhardt in infancy; granddaughter, Traci Jo Brown; and great-granddaughter, Michelle Schwer.
She is survived by children, Linda Brown and husband Craig of Owensville and Daryl Heidbrink and wife Geralyn of Rocky Mount; brothers, Clarence Linhardt and wife Janet of St. Peters and Ivan Linhardt and wife Juanita of Rockfield, Ky.; grandchildren, Douglas Heidbrink and fiancé Brandy Fritzemeyer of Rosebud, Bradley Heidbrink and wife Marissa of Rosebud, Julie Schwer and husband Billy of St. Peters, Jill Tobey of Cedar Hill and Heather Krafczik and fiancé John Marler of Cedar Hill; and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Anna, Chase, Kynlee and Aubree Heidbrink, Rylan Price and Alexis Krafczik.
Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 19, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud with Pastor Bill Liebmann officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
