Dave Baylard, Owensville’s Municipal Court judge, hears a woman’s response in a payment review hearing during the Feb. 13 session at City Hall as city staff members Peggy Farrell, Bobbi Limberg and Mary Stranghoener, the court’s deputy clerk look on. Farrell and Limberg have been helping Stranghoener operate court functions since last fall when clerk Rhonda Newman went on illness leave. Newman has since died and the city is planning to cease operating its court in July. There are city court sessions scheduled on March 13, April 10, May 8, and June 26.
