Gasconade County Sheriff John Romanus reports his deputies, members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group (LANEG), and Hermann police executed a drug-related search warrant Sept. 27 at 163 Highway 100 near Hermann.

“During the course of the investigation one male subject identified as Chadwick Gale and one female subject identified as Shawna Noll were located along with prescription meds, marijuana and drug paraphernalia,” according to Romanus in a press release. “Subsequently, Gale and Noll were taken into custody on the drug-related offences.” 

Romanus reports Noll was also arrested on an active felony Probation and Parole Division warrant and a Gasconade County warrant. Gale and Noll were transported to the Crawford County Jail pending formal charges. Noll is also being held on the no bond warrants alleging the probation and parole violations.

Noll has multiple drug-related convictions on her record including a July 2015 case from the sheriff’s department which resulted in a March 2016 plea agreement and a four-year prison sentence in a class C felony drug possession case. The plea deal was made concurrent with four additional cases, records found on Case.net indicate.

In a Hermann police case from April 2011, Shawna Louise Noll took an Alford plea deal in February 2012 and received a six-year prison term on a class B felony drug distribution charge. That plea and sentence was concurrent with two other cases, court records show.

Chadwick Eugene Gale was charged Thursday with two class D felonies alleging possession of a controlled substance and two class D misdemeanors for drug possession and paraphernalia. In a warrant issued Friday, his bond was set at $40,000 cash or surety. He was scheduled to be arraigned this morning (Wednesday) before Associate Circuit Judge Ada Brehe-Krueger in Hermann.

The address where LANEG and county officers served the warrant is the one listed on his arrest records.

On Sept. 28, county deputies responded to Walmart in Owensville to assist Owensville police with a subject being violent, Romanus reports.

“Subsequently, one male subject was located and identified as Joshua Haddox,” according to Romanus. “Haddox was arrested on two no-bond warrants out of Gasconade County for passing bad checks. Haddox was transported to the Crawford County Jail where he is being held on his previous charges.” 

Court records on Case.net show Haddox has multiple convictions since 2010 for felony forgery, passing bad checks, and domestic assault under the name Joshwa Kyle Haddox including cases in Franklin, Gasconade and Maries counties. He has been sentenced to prison on numerous convictions through plea deals but has received suspended execution of those sentences on several occasions and given probation, according to court records. He has had numerous instances where he has violated probation and ordered to serve shock sentences in jail or had his probation continued.

Records list an address in Moberly, Mo., but Romanus said he listed an address on Blankenship Court near Owensville during his arrest last week. Romanus said Haddox gave 1985 as his year of birth which coincides with court records found on Case.net. 

The spelling of his first name was also listed as “Joshua” in some court records. He also had a prior case where he listed a Union address.
