Felony drug charges filed following warrant searches near Bland, Owensville, in Hermann

Gasconade County Sheriff’s deputies and Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group (LANEG) members served search warrant at three county residences since Aug. 21, arresting six people on felony drug charges.

On Thursday, deputies and LANEG officers served a warrant in the 4100 block of Route B south of Bland. Two men, William H. Kirkland and Randall J. Railey, and one woman, Tiffany J. Thompson, were taken into custody after methamphetamine, prescription pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were allegedly located there and seized, according to Sheriff John Romanus.

Kirkland, Bland, was charged in a felony warrant alleging delivery of a controlled substance (class C) and possession of a controlled substance (class D). He also faces a class A misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $7,500 cash or surety. He was scheduled to be arraigned this morning (Wednesday) before Associate Circuit Judge Ada Brehe-Krueger.

Railey, St. James, was charged in  felony warrant alleging the class D possession of a controlled substance and a D misdemeanor for paraphernalia possession. His bond was $5,000 cash or surety and he was to be arraigned this morning.

Thompson, Bland, was charged with a C felony alleging possession of a controlled substance and a D misdemeanor for paraphernalia. She also had a $5,000 cash or surety bond set and was scheduled for arraignment today.

Deputies and LANEG personnel went to a residence off Krausetown Road near Owensville on Aug. 27 where they served a search warrant  in the 3500 block of Wood Court.

Daniel Ramon Bartel and Toni M. Lott were taken into custody after two firearms were located and seized along with methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms and drug paraphernalia, according to Romanus.

Both were charged in felony warrants issued Aug. 28.

Bartel was charged with two class D felony courts alleging unlawful possession of a firearm. Lott was charged with two class D counts alleging possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor for having drug paraphernalia.

Bartel’s bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. He is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 24 before Brehe-Krueger. Lott posted a $,7500 cash/surety bond on Aug. 28 and was scheduled to be arraigned this morning (Sept. 5).

On Aug. 21, deputies and LANEG personnel served a “drug-related search warrant” in the 500 block of West Sixth Street in Hermann along with Hermann police and the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Taken into custody was Michael J. Fisher. He was transported to the Warren County Jail

He was charged Aug. 22 with three felonies and two misdemeanors after methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were allegedly located in the residence, according to Romanus.

Fisher is charged with delivery of a controlled substance (a class C felony) and two class D felonies alleging possession of a controlled substance. He is also charged with the D misdemeanors for possessing less than 10 grams of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fisher’s bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety. He was also scheduled to be arraigned this morning.
