Joseph Bernard “Joe” Wodohodsky Sr., 90, Dixon, died Sunday, June 23, 2019.

He was born March 11, 1929, to Wenzel Frances and Agnes Mary (Winterbauer) Wodohodsky, at Dixon.

Joe served in the U.S. Army and had been a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Dixon. He worked as a mechanic and welder at Fred Weber Construction, St. Louis, and was a member of the Local 513 IOUE Union, St. Louis, for over 50 years.

He was preceded in death by parents, Wenzel and Agnes; son, Joseph B. Wodohodsky Jr.; brother, Louis Wodohodsky; and sisters, Rosemary Blyue and Lorraine Mueller. 

He is survived by brother, Jim Wodohodsky and wife Shirley of Dixon; and sister, Claire Ann Wyrick of Owensville.

Funeral services were Wednesday, June 26, in Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Dixon, with Rev. Joseph Hoi, St. Theresa Catholic Church, officiating. Interment was in St. Theresa/Eagan Cemetery, near Dixon. Memorial contributions suggested to masses.
