MSHP makes felony warrant arrests of locals

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the felony warrant arrests this past week of an Owensville man and a woman from Rosebud.

Darrin L. Cantlon, 51, Owensville, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Dec. 14 in Gasconade County where he faces felony driving while intoxicated charges as an aggravated offender. He is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 10. A cash or surety bond was set at $5,000 and Cantlon was ordered not to consume or possess alcohol, according to court records.

He has also been charged with the class A misdemeanor alleging  driving while revoked or suspended in the Patrol’s case dated Sept. 17.

At 11:45 a.m. Sunday, Alisha A. Frankenberg, 39, Rosebud, was arrested by the MSHP in Franklin County on an outstanding Franklin County arrest warrant alleging the class D felony possession of a controlled substance. She is also charged with a class D misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a July 9 case filed by the St. Clair Police Department. She was also charged with a class A misdemeanor count alleging resisting arrest.

Bond was originally set at $10,000 but was amended to $5,000, according to court records.

A warrant for her arrest was issued Nov. 14, according to court records.

She was taken to the Franklin County Adult Detention Center in Union following her arrest.
