Lee and Tyra Mangrum of Rosebud wish to announce the birth of their daughter Olivia, born Aug. 18, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Chesterfield. Olivia joins brother Corbin.
Olivia weighed seven pounds and 10 ounces at birth.
Grandparents are Dan and Kristy Mangrum and Tim and Glenda Prow, all of Rosebud.
