Representatives from the Owensville Lions Foundation, Walmart Store No. 354 of Owensville and the Owensville Athletic Association (OAA) gathered earlier this month for a photo at the Owensville Lions Sports Complex. At the center of the photo is a $20,000 donation coming from OAA popcorn sales and around 150 Walmart associates donating 750 hours of their time towards community service projects according to Owensville Walmart store manager Glenn Ely. Directed to the Lions Foundation, they’re looking at adding another field to the complex with the latest donation.
