According to published accounts, a Gerald man was among six people with outstanding indictment for drug-related offenses.
Among six people that were arrested last Wednesday, Joshua B. Baumer, 22, Gerald, was taken into custody for felony possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000. Other individuals arrested during the raid conducted by Franklin County authorities were residents from New Haven, Union, Sullivan and Villa Ridge, according to the March 8-9, Weekend Missourian Charges on those individuals ranged from failure to appear on a charge of filing a false report to possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture meth-ampehtamine.
