Carol J. Schreiner, 77, of Hermann, passed away Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at her home.
Carol was born Oct.10, 1946, to Charles and Nettie (Snitzer) Schreiner in Rhineland.
She was united in marriage to Charles Russell of Kansas City in 1963, and later in life to Michael Gordon of Lamar in 1982. Both have proceeded her in death.
Carol was a member of Hermann United Pentecostal Church, Hermann. She worked as a CNA for several long-term care facilities for over 30 years.
She preceded in death by parents, Charles and Nettie; husbands, Charles and Michael; daughter, Wanda Peak; and brothers, Lester and Robert Schreiner.
Carol is survived by daughter, Connie Russell, of Hermann; son, Don Russell of Fla.; brothers, Ronnie Schreiner of Union and Larry Schreiner of Hermann; step-sister, Nancy Neeley and husband Dwayne of Texas; and seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday (today), January 17, from 4–8 p.m. at Toedtmann and Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. with Rev. B.W. Masters officiating.
Burial will be at Hermann Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Hermann United Pentecostal Church.
