Geneva Aileen Helstein, 92, Vienna, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, in Crab Apple Village in St. Clair.
She was born Aug. 3, 1931, to the late Hugh and Ruth (Sexton) Pidcock in Salem.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Kenneth Edgar Helstein June 21, 1974, in Hazelwood.
Geneva was employed with General America in St. Louis and Insurance Unlimited in Vienna, until 2012 when she retired.
She was preceded in death by husband Kenneth; first husband, John Kennedy; parents, Hugh and Ruth; and siblings, Max Pidcock, Herb Pidcock, Lindle Pidcock and infant Virginia Pidcock.
Geneva is survived by sons, Michael Kennedy of Bourbon and Patrick Kennedy and wife Nancy of St. Charles; grandchildren, Patrick Kennedy, Jr. and wife Neriz of Chicago, Ill., Sean Kennedy of St. Charles and Ryan Kennedy and wife Katie of St. Charles; great-grandson, Colin Kennedy and sister, Geneice Ellis and husband James of Salem.
Funeral services were held April 13, in the United Methodist Church in Vienna with Pastor Karen Alden officiating.
Interment was in the James Community Cemetery in Vienna.Arrangements entrusted to Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, in Vienna.
