Owensville High School ‘s track and field Dutchgirls parade Monday at New Haven High School after winning their second consecutive Four Rivers Conference team title. Owensville booked 177 points to easily claim the team title. Pacific was second with 124 points. Hermann senior Katy Menke won the FRC Female Athlete of the Year in track as selected by conference coaches. Hermann’s girls placed third in team standings, 14 points behind Pacific.
