Jane Edith Peacock, 86, of Hermann, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024, at Stonebridge of Hermann.
She was born May 15, 1938, to August and Ella (Schwentker) Becker in Washington.
She was united in marriage to Charles William Peacock, March 19, 1982, in Sullivan.
Jane was a loving wife and mother who cherished spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed being outdoors in her flower garden, bird watching and had a keen eye for decorating and homemaking.
She was preceded in death by parents, August and Ella; husband, Charles; siblings, Wilbert and Kenneth Becker, Leola Vaughan, Rosella Pearson and Norma Nolting; and grandchildren, Shawn Wehmeyer and Tyler Manson.
She is survived by daughters, Kathy Wehmeyer of Sullivan, Denise Ayala and husband Robert of Salem and Tina Witt of Washington; siblings, Leonard Becker of Troy and Doris Fleer of Washington; grandchildren, Justin Bailey, Jason Bailey, Josh Wehmeyer, Cassandra Contreras, Cristal Martin, Ben Wehmeyer and Jillian Witt; and 16 great-grandchildren.
A private ceremony of life will be held at a later date.
Her cremains will be interred at Countryside Memorial Gardens in Owensville.
