At last Friday’s Hermann High School Homecoming game, Peoples Savings Bank made a significant contribution to the Gasconade County R-1 School District through its Your Way Rewards program. PSB staff members were on hand to present a check for $20,000 to the district, marking another milestone in the bank’s ongoing support for local schools. The Your Way Rewards program allows customers to raise funds for their chosen local school district or charity simply by using their PSB Debit Card. For every transaction run as a credit, Peoples Savings Bank donates 5 cents to the customer’s selected organization from the bank’s approved list. Since the program’s inception in 2016, Peoples Savings Bank has donated over $250,000 to local charities and schools. With Friday night’s check, the bank has contributed more than $90,000 to the Gasconade County R-1 School District alone. The staff at Peoples Savings Bank expressed their gratitude to the community and PSB customers for making this donation possible and look forward to continuing their support for the local schools.
