The Owensville Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing Wednesday, July 30, at 6 p.m. to hear a variance request from Dale Gruenloh regarding property at 1016 East Springfield Road.
A house has been taken down on the backside of the golf course and Gruenloh seeks to have closer side yard setbacks and a smaller minimum lot.
Since one board member is related to the applicant and another will be on vacation, the board’s newest alternate Kurt Hellmann has been called upon.
Board members include John Hoffman, Kenton Bohl, Carl Smith, Wayne Kemper, and chairman Roxane Brueseke.
If the outcome of this meeting is unfavorable to the applicant, the next step is to take the matter to circuit court.
