Capital Paving worked through the overnight hours this past Thursday and Friday milling and repaving the shoulders and the center turn lane sections on Highway 28 from Highway 19 North west to Sixth Street in Owensville. Work was interrupted Monday by the apparent threat of rain. Night work is expected to continue.
