Rose Marie Pratt, 66, of Rosebud, passed away July 2, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur.
She was born July 8, 1957, to William and Barbara (Stafford) Elliott.
She was united in marriage to Charles Pratt, Sept. 11, 2001, in Owensville.
Rose Marie was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Owensville. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family especially grandchildren, watching television especially Dr. Pimple Popper, reading, especially Amish novels and working colored pencil art. She loved her many cats and was a very loving, caring mother and grandmother, listening to music and watching her children play video games. She loved spending her days with her son, Scott; she lived for and missed him every day.
She was preceded in death by parents, William and Barbara; son, Scott Stafford; and brothers, Donald Elliott and one in infancy.
She is survived by her husband, Charles of Rosebud; children, William Bolden and wife Eileen of Shelbyville, Ind., Theresa Helberg and husband Peter of Medford, Wis., Richard Stafford of Kansas, Duke Stafford of Perryville, Charles B. Pratt of Mt. Sterling, Dawn Hammerschmidt and husband Tom of St. James, Leslie Pratt of Bland, Robert Pratt and wife Tina of Gerald, Catherine Branson and husband Chris of Owensville, Ayla Hayes and husband Josh of Tenn., Michelle Dehnart and husband Chris of Marietta, Ohio, Brenda Hamar and husband Brendan of Russell Springs, Ky., Monica Roberts and husband Lance of Rosebud and Candace Pratt of Rosebud; brothers, Billy Elliott and James Elliott both of Shelbyville, Ind.; sisters, Diane Nicholson of Shelbyville, Ind. and Sue Brown of Brown County, Ind.; and by 43 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, July 9, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Owensville with Fr. Wayne Boyer officiating. Burial was in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
