Anna Margaret (Kehl) Carr, 96, of Dixon, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at her son’s home in Dixon.
She was born Oct. 3, 1927, to Harry Randolph and Susie (Guthrie) Kehl in Mexico, Mo.
She was united in marriage to Cleveland Eugene (Gene) Carr, April 19, 1946, in Mexico, Mo.
Anna worked 20 years in the healthcare field for Audrain Medical Center and Lake Regional Hospital. She also worked as a cashier and switchboard operator. She was a member of the Dixon Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by husband, Gene; and brother, Sterling Randolph Kehl.
She is survived by sons, Randy Carr and wife Connie of Dixon, and Rodney Carr and wife Orlena of Baldwin City, Kan.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Thursday, June 20, at East Lawn Memorial Park in Mexico, Mo. Memorials suggested to Fair Haven Children’s Home, 3132 N. Fair Haven Loop, Strafford, Mo. 65757.
